We are looking for creative, passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our team. Our venue offers the best possible fresh ingredients, preparing them well, and serving them generously.

The kitchen is equipped with some of the best equipment around and will give you all the tools you need to create, develop and consistently produce the best products available in the country.

We can offer a fantastic hourly rate of pay, great staff food on duty, free parking on-site, and a laid-back but professional work environment.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for preparing and cooking quality fresh food
• Experienced chef with good knife skills and can work well under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• A self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop your career as a chef
• Willingness to learn and strive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

· Experience in a high volume kitchen, ideally with experience of banqueting/events/weddings

· Your own transport due to our location

· Excellent levels and knowledge of food hygiene procedures
