• Applies to new bookings only

• Bids are confidential and may not be viewed or altered once submitted

• Submission does not guarantee a booking or create a legally binding agreement. The booking is only confirmed once the successful bidder has been notified, accepted the offer in writing, signed the terms and conditions and paid the relevant Deposit amount.

• The venue reserves the right to set a minimum acceptable bid and to disregard any bids deemed incomplete, invalid, or submitted outside of the auction window

• All bids are subject to a confidential reserve price set by the venue. If the reserve price is not met, the venue is under no obligation to proceed with the auction or accept any bid

• The venue reserves the right to withdraw the date from auction, extend the auction period, or amend the auction at any time without prior notice where operation or commercial reasons require

• The successful bidder will be contacted directly by the venue on Monday 18th May. Unsuccessful bidders may not be individually notified

• Winning bids are non-transferable and can not be exchanged for alternative dates, products, services, or monetary value

• The venue reserves the right to refuse a booking where the proposed event does not align with our brand, capacity or operational standards. Our standard wedding conditions and contract will apply
